Samyang 24mm f/1.4 ED AS IF UMC is a fast, manually focused wide-angle lens compatible with full frame sensors. It is available in many mounts, including mirrorless cameras with APS-C or Micro Four Thirds sensors.

With a maximum aperture of f/1.4, this is an ideal lens for documentary, travel and street photography, or any situations where the light can shift a lot. Its outstanding sharpness also makes the Samyang 24mm f/1.4 suitable for nature and landscape photography.

A wide and smooth manual focus ring provides excellent handling and a 77 mm thread makes it possible to use filters. The lens also comes with a detachable hood to prevent stray light from reaching the front element.

The optical design consists of 13 elements in 12 groups. Four of these are made of low-dispersion glass (ED), while two of the elements are aspherical to ensure maximum sharpness across the entire image even at large apertures. Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) provides very good light transmission and counteracts reflexes and ghosting that can otherwise affect the contrast.
