Warranty, claims and disputes
Droon.ee (Meridein Grupp OÜ) provides manufacturer’s warranty for the goods sold. The warranty entitles the buyer to claim repair or replacement of the item free of charge during the warranty period. The warranty is valid on the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
The time limit for filing claims and the product warranty is 2 years from the date of placing the order. It should be noted that if a defect appears in the goods within 1 year of purchase, it is presumed that it existed at the time of purchase, unless the seller proves otherwise. After the 1-year period, it is up to the consumer to prove that the defect is a manufacturing defect and not a defect caused by the consumer’s own misuse.
Disputes will be resolved by negotiation. In the absence of an agreement, disputes will be settled in court in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia. The Contracting Entity shall have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from the Contract. The exercise of the right to apply to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority shall not deprive the Contracting Entity of the right to apply to the courts for the settlement of the dispute. Instructions for using LiPo battery
Please read the instructions before using the batteries. Meridein Grupp OÜ will not be liable for any damage caused to the product as a result of improper use.
Lithium-polymer batteries can be charged at constant voltage and constant capacity according to the battery parameters.
Overcharging with excessive voltage and current will destroy the battery.
Protect the battery from mechanical damage (shocks, bending, punctures).
Never try to open a lithium-polymer battery.
Do not use a damaged or leaking battery.
Under no circumstances short-circuit the battery and always observe the correct polarity.
Protect batteries from heat above 65°C, place away from hot objects.
Before storage (for example in winter), the battery should be charged to about half its capacity.
The contents of the battery are harmful to the skin and eyes.
If the contents get on your skin, clean with plenty of water.
If the contents get into your eyes, clean with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
The battery should be stored at half capacity. Storing the battery discharged or fully charged will result in premature destruction. New batteries are half full.
Warranty/repair of DJI products:
A new product purchased is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty if the device has software, physical or technical defects when taken out of the box. The defect must be reported as soon as possible within 14 days. Meridein Grupp OÜ will exchange the product for a new one as soon as possible if the product is complete and intact.
A used product may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty if the product has a software defect or physical/technical damage that may be caused by a defect in the manufacturer. If the product has a manufacturer’s defect that is covered under warranty, the product will be repaired/maintained on-site if the necessary resources are available.
The product will be returned to the manufacturer if the defect cannot be repaired on-site or the cause of the defect is unclear.
If the product has a physical or software defect that is not caused by the manufacturer, a repair fee of €50 (including VAT) will apply. Terms and conditions
1. Scope and Validity of the Terms and Conditions
1.1 The Terms and Conditions shall apply to all legal relations between any person and Meridein Grupp OÜ, the owner of the Droon.ee e-shop (hereinafter referred to as Droon.ee e-shop), in relation to the purchase of products through the Droon.ee e-shop.
1..2 In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products through the Droon.ee e-shop shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 Meridein Grupp OÜ is entitled to amend and supplement these terms and conditions and the price list as a result of the development of the Droon.ee e-shop and in the interests of better and safer use of the e-shop. Changes and amendments to the terms and conditions and the price list shall be notified through the website www.droon.ee. Amendments and additions to the terms and conditions and the price list shall enter into force upon publication of the corresponding amendment or addition on the website www.droon.ee. If you submitted your order before the entry into force of the amendments to the Terms and Conditions, the legal relationship between you and Meridein Grupp OÜ shall be governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time you submitted your order, unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms and Conditions.
2. Prices
2.1 Droon.ee e-shop prices are subject to the payment of the invoice in due time as stated in section 4.
2.2 All prices include VAT 24%.
3. Shopping cart and ordering
3.1 You can change the number of products in your shopping cart. You can also change the quantity of the product you want to order. To proceed with the ordering process, click on the “Payment” link.
3.2. You will be redirected to the payment options, where you will have the option to create an account or, if you have an account, log in. You can also place an order without having an account.
3.3. Please pay attention when filling in the fields on the order details and order confirmation pages, as the accuracy and correctness of this information is crucial for the prompt and trouble-free delivery of the products you have purchased.
3..4. The contract of sale of the products shall be deemed to be concluded (entry into force of the contract) upon receipt of the amount due according to the order confirmation in the bank account of Meridein Grupp OÜ.
3.5. Orders placed in the e-shop are processed on working days (Mon-Fri 10.00-18.00).
4. Payment for products
4.1. To make a payment, please select the payment method you prefer on the order page.
4.2. You can pay for products:
1) via internet bank (Swedbank, AS SEB Bank, Danske Bank, LHV Bank, Nordea and Krediidipank)
2) it is possible to request instalment payment. You can apply for instalments by clicking on the instalment box next to the product.
3) by credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
4.3. The order will be completed and delivered in case of 100% prepayment.
5. Delivery and delivery of the Products
5.1 After the entry into force of the Agreement in accordance with clause 3.4. of the Terms and Conditions, the Products shall be delivered to you, in the manner chosen by you when placing your order.
5.2. The Products, together with the product information in Estonian and any other documents accompanying the Products, shall be delivered to you within the period specified in the product description. Delivery of goods in stock within Estonia is generally 3-5 working days.
5.5.2.1..3.In case the product ordered by you is not in stock and it has to be specially ordered from the supplier, and it is obvious that the delivery of the product within the delivery period specified in the product description is not possible, and in other cases, if the delivery of the products within the delivery period is not possible due to circumstances for which Meridein Grupp OÜ is not responsible, we will inform you of this via the contact telephone or e-mail indicated by you at the time of placing the order within 2 working days after the entry into force of the Agreement in accordance with clause 3.4. of the Terms and Conditions, and we will also inform you of the delivery period of the product ordered by you. In the event that you lose interest in purchasing a Product due to a longer delivery time, you have the right to cancel your order (see more in sections 6.1. and 6.3.) and the amount paid by you (including the cost of transport) will be refunded to you.
5.4. The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by you when placing your order. You can change the destination later by contacting the Droon.ee e-shop for an additional fee.
5.5. Please ensure that the contact details provided when placing your order are correct to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. Meridein Grupp OÜ and the courier company will not be held responsible for delays in delivery of the products and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccurate or incorrect information provided by you when placing your order.
5.6. Please report damaged products with damaged packaging to info@droon.ee or to the Droon.ee contact phone +372 5835 1267. The product with damaged packaging will be replaced by the courier company, after expert examination. If you do not do this, we are not responsible:
for the defect caused by the manufacturer;
for the missing parts of the set, which can be noticed by looking at it.
6. Cancellation of the order and return of the product
6.1. You have the right to cancel your order after paying for the products, but before the delivery of the products, by sending a message to Droon.ee e-mail address info@droon.ee with the order number and your bank account number or by calling Droon.ee contact phone +372 5835 1267.
6.2. For all products purchased from Droon.ee e-shop the right of return is 14 days. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods for another product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, without giving a reason, pursuant to section 56(1) of the LOA. To do so, the buyer must make a statement to this effect to the Seller (in the statement, indicate the buyer’s name, date of purchase, account number and order number) by e-mail to info@droon.ee and then return the goods ordered to the Droon.ee e-shop. According to Section 56 (25) of the LOA, the withdrawal from the contract shall be evidenced by the consumer.
6.3. In the event of cancellation of the order in the case provided for in Section 6.1 or withdrawal from the order in the case provided for in Section 6.2, the money for the goods, including the costs of delivery incurred by the consumer, shall be refunded to the same account from which the goods were paid for. Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop shall immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, refund to the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the contract. If the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by Droon.ee, Meridein Grupp OÜ is not obliged to refund the consumer the cost exceeding the cost of the usual delivery method.
6.4. Returned goods must not have been used or damaged and must be in their original packaging. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and use them only as he would normally be allowed to do in a shop. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and to avoid any compensation in the event of return, the product packaging must be opened carefully without damaging it. The product to be returned must be complete (containing all the items contained in the product packaging). If the product has been bought in a promotion where a few items have been added to the product, you must return the whole set (i.e. all the items). If a product requires first activation or registration in the manufacturer’s systems in order to be used, once the product has been activated or registered, it will not be taken back as it cannot be returned as new.
6.5. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods delivered as part of the contract, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
6..6 If the returned product (and the packaging of the product) has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by circumstances beyond the control of Meridein Grupp OÜ and as a result of improper use of the product, Meridein Grupp OÜ shall be entitled to offset the reduction in the value of the product against the amount paid by you for the product and due to be returned to you. For the purpose of offsetting, Meridein Grupp OÜ will send you an offsetting statement to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If you do not agree with the depreciation indicated in the set-off notice, you have the right to have an independent expert assess the depreciation of the product. The costs of the expert’s opinion will be shared equally between you and Meridein Grupp OÜ, unless the opinion of one of the parties is manifestly unfounded. In such a case, the costs of the expertise shall be borne by the party whose opinion is manifestly unfounded.
7. Right to lodge a complaint and return of non-compliant products
7.1 Meridein Grupp OÜ is liable for non-compliance and defects of the products according to the law of obligations, the time limit for lodging a complaint is 2 years for individuals and 1 year for legal entities from the moment of delivery of the products. In the case of a sale to a consumer, a non-conformity with the terms of the contract which has become apparent within one year from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless such presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect.
7.2 The buyer must notify the seller of the non-conformity of the goods within a reasonable time after becoming or should have become aware of the non-conformity. In the case of a sale to the consumer, the consumer must notify the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of the time when he became aware of the lack of conformity.
7.3. Meridein Grupp OÜ is not responsible for:
1) Product deterioration/damage caused by you.
2) Defects caused by irregular use of the product.
3) Normal physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.
7.In the event of non-conformity or defect of the product, you have the right to request the replacement of the product by a conforming and non-defective product, or to cancel the order and return the non-conforming product at the expense of Meridein Grupp OÜ.
7.5 In the event of a complaint, the costs of repair or replacement, in particular transport, postage, labour, travel and material costs, shall always be borne by Meridein Grupp OÜ within the first year of delivery to the purchaser. During the following 1.5 years, the costs shall be borne by Meridein Grupp OÜ only if the complaint was justified.
7.6. In the event of the return of a non-compliant product, the amount paid for the product (together with the transport costs) will be credited to the bank account indicated by you no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of the cancellation of the order and the request for return of the product.
7.7. In addition to the right to lodge a complaint, you also have other rights to exercise legal remedies under the law.
7.8. The online shop will respond to the complaint lodged by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
8.1 Meridein Grupp OÜ is liable to you and you are liable to Meridein Grupp OÜ for any damage caused to the other party by breach of these Terms and Conditions in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
8..2. Meridein Grupp OÜ shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you or for any delay in delivery of the product if the loss or damage or delay in delivery of the product is due to a circumstance beyond Meridein Grupp OÜ’s control and which Meridein Grupp OÜ did not foresee or could not have foreseen (force majeure).
9. Other terms and conditions
9.1. All personal data of the customer disclosed to Meridein Grupp OÜ in the course of visiting the Droon.ee e-shop and making purchases shall be treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communication channel with the banks ensures the security of the bank transactions of the person making the purchase. Meridein Grupp OÜ also has no access to them.
9.2. Issues not specifically resolved in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
9.3. Disputes arising between you and Meridein Grupp OÜ in connection with ordering and purchasing products through the Droon.ee e-shop shall be resolved by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, you have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia or by e-mail to avaldus@komisjon.ee) or Tallinn City Court for the protection of your rights. Disputes will be settled in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

10. Disclaimers
10.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
10.2 Meridein Grupp OÜ reserves the right to adjust product prices. In this case, Meridein Grupp OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the customer’s bank account within 10 working days.
10.3 Droon.ee reserves the right to cancel the sale in case of any of the following problems with the product: a human error in entering the price or a technical error in the system (for example, if a drone costing 500 EUR is suddenly on sale for 50 EUR, it is obviously an error.). Consequently, we expect that the customer should understand that this is an error and that the product should not be sold at this price.)
10.4 Product information is regularly checked and updated. The information may have been updated since your last visit.
In this case, Droon.ee e-shop does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the product information. However, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the product information with our customer service on +372 5835 1267 before making a purchase.

6.5. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods delivered as part of the contract, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
6..6 If the returned product (and the packaging of the product) has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by circumstances beyond the control of Meridein Grupp OÜ and as a result of improper use of the product, Meridein Grupp OÜ shall be entitled to offset the reduction in the value of the product against the amount paid by you for the product and due to be returned to you. For the purpose of offsetting, Meridein Grupp OÜ will send you an offsetting statement to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If you do not agree with the depreciation indicated in the set-off notice, you have the right to have an independent expert assess the depreciation of the product. The costs of the expert’s opinion will be shared equally between you and Meridein Grupp OÜ, unless the opinion of one of the parties is manifestly unfounded. In such a case, the costs of the expertise shall be borne by the party whose opinion is manifestly unfounded.
7. Right to lodge a complaint and return of non-compliant products
7.1 Meridein Grupp OÜ is liable for non-compliance and defects of the products according to the law of obligations, the time limit for lodging a complaint is 2 years for individuals and 1 year for legal entities from the moment of delivery of the products. In the case of a sale to a consumer, a non-conformity with the terms of the contract which has become apparent within one year from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless such presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect.
7.2 The buyer must notify the seller of the non-conformity of the goods within a reasonable time after becoming or should have become aware of the non-conformity. In the case of a sale to the consumer, the consumer must notify the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of the time when he became aware of the lack of conformity.
7.3. Meridein Grupp OÜ is not responsible for:
1) Product deterioration/damage caused by you.
2) Defects caused by irregular use of the product.
3) Normal physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.
7.In the event of non-conformity or defect of the product, you have the right to request the replacement of the product by a conforming and non-defective product, or to cancel the order and return the non-conforming product at the expense of Meridein Grupp OÜ.
7.5 In the event of a complaint, the costs of repair or replacement, in particular transport, postage, labour, travel and material costs, shall always be borne by Meridein Grupp OÜ within the first year of delivery to the purchaser. During the following 1.5 years, the costs shall be borne by Meridein Grupp OÜ only if the complaint was justified.
7.6. In the event of the return of a non-compliant product, the amount paid for the product (together with the transport costs) will be credited to the bank account indicated by you no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of the cancellation of the order and the request for return of the product.
7.7. In addition to the right to lodge a complaint, you also have other rights to exercise legal remedies under the law.
7.8. The online shop will respond to the complaint lodged by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
8.1 Meridein Grupp OÜ is liable to you and you are liable to Meridein Grupp OÜ for any damage caused to the other party by breach of these Terms and Conditions in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
8..2. Meridein Grupp OÜ shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you or for any delay in delivery of the product if the loss or damage or delay in delivery of the product is due to a circumstance beyond Meridein Grupp OÜ’s control and which Meridein Grupp OÜ did not foresee or could not have foreseen (force majeure).
9. Other terms and conditions
9.1. All personal data of the customer disclosed to Meridein Grupp OÜ in the course of visiting the Droon.ee e-shop and making purchases shall be treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communication channel with the banks ensures the security of the bank transactions of the person making the purchase. Meridein Grupp OÜ also has no access to them.
9.2. Issues not specifically resolved in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
9.3. Disputes arising between you and Meridein Grupp OÜ in connection with ordering and purchasing products through the Droon.ee e-shop shall be resolved by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, you have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia or by e-mail to avaldus@komisjon.ee) or Tallinn City Court for the protection of your rights. Disputes will be settled in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
