How to get your device repaired:

Price: According to the offer. 50€ for a regular user and 75€+km for Enterprise series drones. based on price.

– Bring the device to our salon at Villardi 22, Tallinn. Free parking in front of the shop!
– Send the device to us by courier to Villardi 22, Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia 10136 with a note “Droon.ee salon”, recipient +372 5835 1267. Be sure to enclose your contact details and a description of the fault with the drone.


Meridein Grupp OÜ is certified to perform repair and maintenance of DJI Consumer and Enterprise products. Certificates are issued by SZ DJI Technology Co.,Ltd. after product specific training and exams. The Meridein OÜ team is constantly working to ensure that as new products are added, the team performing the repairs will receive the appropriate training and hands-on experience as quickly as possible. We work closely with DJI’s European and Chinese service centres to resolve warranty issues quickly.
We perform defect repair, expert assessment and repair calculations, software upgrades and repairs for major drone manufacturers. In addition to drones, we also carry out repairs on a variety of hobby products ranging from model drones to remote control cars.

Device repair and maintenance terms

1.Device repair and maintenance services are provided in accordance with these Repair and Maintenance Terms and the applicable price list.

2. Upon accepting a device for repair or maintenance, Meridein Grupp OÜ shall issue the customer a repair receipt, on the basis of which the device submitted for repair or maintenance will be returned to the customer.

3. A device with moisture, liquid, electrical and/or mechanical damage shall be repaired subject to a special agreement with the customer. In the event of such damage, the warranty shall become void, and only paid repair services shall be provided for the device. During the repair process, it may become apparent that the device has been damaged to such an extent that it cannot be repaired or has been completely damaged, making it impossible to return the device to the customer in its original condition. Following the repair, new faults may occur, as it is not always possible to determine the full extent of damage to the device’s electronics caused by liquid or moisture.

4. If Meridein Grupp OÜ is unable to repair the device, it shall have the right to send the device to another company providing repair services. Meridein Grupp OÜ shall be obliged to replace the device or its parts if it is unable to return the product to the customer in an equivalent or improved condition.

5. The customer agrees to pay a handling/diagnostic fee if they decline the work specified in the submitted quotation. The handling fee depends on the product category and ranges from €20 to €75 + VAT.

6. During repair or maintenance work, all data stored on the device may be deleted, and it may not be possible to recover such data after the repair. The customer is responsible for backing up their data before submitting the device for maintenance.

7. Following the completion of maintenance work, Meridein Grupp OÜ shall store the device for up to 6 months from the date the customer is notified. If the customer has not collected the device within this period and has not agreed in writing to a longer storage period, Meridein Grupp OÜ shall have the right to dispose of the device or use it at its own discretion without further notice or any obligation to compensate the customer.
