SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set for DJI Osmo Pocket 3

SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set is a magnetic filter kit designed specifically for DJI Osmo Pocket 3. It provides more precise exposure control in bright conditions and helps capture video with more natural motion blur. Set includes three filters with different densities: ND8, ND64 and ND256. A tempered glass screen protector is also included to protect DJI Osmo Pocket 3’s integrated display.

ND filters reduce light reaching the camera sensor, allowing longer shutter speeds to be used without overexposing the image. This is especially useful in sunny weather and other bright conditions where automatic camera settings would otherwise select a very fast shutter speed. Using a suitable ND filter helps make movement in video appear smoother and more cinematic.

Three Filters for Different Lighting Conditions

SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set includes ND8, ND64 and ND256 filters, providing three, six and eight stops of light reduction, respectively. Different filter strengths make it possible to select a suitable option according to light intensity and preferred camera settings.

ND8 reduces light reaching the sensor by three stops and is suitable for moderately bright conditions, such as partly cloudy days or softer daylight. ND64 provides six stops of light reduction and is a practical choice for strong sunlight. ND256, strongest filter in the set, reduces light by eight stops and is suitable for extremely bright conditions where light reaching the sensor must be significantly restricted.

This selection makes the set versatile and allows DJI Osmo Pocket 3 to be used in various daytime shooting conditions, ranging from moderate light to intense sunshine.

Smoother and More Cinematic Motion

Shutter speed has a significant effect on how movement appears when recording video. An excessively fast shutter speed can make moving subjects and camera movements appear sharp, choppy and unnatural. SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set limits light reaching the sensor, allowing a preferred shutter speed to be maintained even in bright surroundings.

For example, when filming at 30 frames per second, a shutter speed of approximately 1/60 second is commonly used to achieve natural motion blur. In strong daylight, this setting may cause overexposure without an ND filter. An ND8, ND64 or ND256 filter with suitable density reduces incoming light and allows preferred shutter speed and other shooting settings to be maintained.

Resulting footage appears smoother and more professional, making these filters suitable for travel videos, vlogs, city scenes, landscapes, sports footage and social media content.

Quick Magnetic Mounting

All ND filters included in SmallRig 4774B set use a magnetic mounting system. Each filter attaches directly in front of DJI Osmo Pocket 3 lens and can be quickly removed or replaced with a filter of another density. Installation requires no tools, threads or separate adapters.

Magnetic design is especially convenient when lighting conditions change quickly. When cloudy and sunny conditions alternate, for example, a suitable filter can be installed within moments. Secure magnetic connection keeps the filter in place during filming, while its slim and compact construction complements the small size and portable design of DJI Osmo Pocket 3.

Each filter is approximately 2.1 mm thick. Filters are made from optical glass and feature aluminium frames, combining low weight, durability and a precise fit.

Multi-Coated Optical Glass

Filters in SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set feature a double-sided multi-layer coating that helps maintain accurate colour reproduction and clear image quality. Coating provides additional protection against water, oil, dust and mould while making the glass easier to clean.

High-quality optical glass helps ensure even light reduction across the image. This is important for preserving detail, contrast and natural colours, especially when recording high-resolution video. A properly maintained filter also helps protect the front of the camera lens from dust, dirt and accidental contact.

Tempered Glass Screen Protector

In addition to three ND filters, SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set includes a tempered glass screen protector. It is designed to protect DJI Osmo Pocket 3’s integrated touchscreen against scratches, dirt and damage caused by everyday use.

Including a screen protector makes the set more complete by protecting a frequently used display alongside improving the camera’s optical capabilities. This is particularly practical when travelling, filming outdoors or regularly carrying the camera in a bag or pocket.

Designed Specifically for DJI Osmo Pocket 3

SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set has been developed specifically for DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Filter shape and magnetic mounting system are adapted to camera lens dimensions, ensuring quick installation and a precise fit.

Compact construction preserves the convenient handling of DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and makes the filter set easy to carry. Filters can be used for everyday videos as well as more carefully planned productions where precise control over exposure, shutter speed and motion blur is important.

Why Choose SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set?

SmallRig 4774B ND Filter Set is suitable for DJI Osmo Pocket 3 users who frequently film in daylight and want greater control over camera exposure. Three different filter densities cover a wide range of lighting conditions, magnetic mounting allows filters to be changed quickly, and multi-coated optical glass helps maintain a clear image with natural colours.

Set includes ND8, ND64 and ND256 filters, reducing light by three, six and eight stops, respectively, as well as a tempered glass screen protector.
