Skyzone Cobra SD LCD – Comfortable FPV Goggles with a Diversity Receiver and DVR

Skyzone Cobra SD LCD box-style FPV goggles combine a clear LCD display, straightforward controls, and a comfortable design. Built for analogue FPV flying, they offer practical features for beginners learning their first manoeuvres and experienced pilots looking for an accessible, easy-to-use viewing solution.

An integrated 5.8 GHz diversity receiver, DVR recording, and a spacious interior make these goggles suitable for everyday practice, freestyle flying, and racing. Compatibility with prescription glasses adds convenience for pilots who prefer to keep their glasses on while flying.

Clear LCD Display for Immersive FPV Viewing

Skyzone Cobra SD LCD features an 800 × 480-pixel LCD display with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Vivid colours and a bright image help pilots follow their surroundings and read on-screen flight information.

A large viewing image provides an immersive perspective from your drone’s camera. Whether navigating a practice course or exploring freestyle manoeuvres, a clear view helps you follow your chosen flight path and recognise important visual details.

Diversity Reception for Analogue FPV Systems

An integrated 5.8 GHz diversity receiver uses two antenna inputs to select a stronger video signal as reception conditions change. This helps maintain a usable picture when antenna orientation, obstacles, or reflections affect reception.

Support for 48 channels, including Raceband, provides compatibility with a broad range of analogue FPV video transmitters. Matching your goggles and transmitter to a suitable channel makes it easy to integrate Cobra SD into an existing analogue setup.

Built-in DVR for Reviewing Flights

An integrated DVR recorder saves received FPV footage to a microSD card, allowing you to review flights after landing. Recordings can help you examine cornering lines, assess manoeuvres, and identify areas to improve during future practice sessions.

DVR footage also provides a convenient record of your flying sessions to share with other pilots. Because it captures received video, recordings reflect reception quality during flight.

Comfortable Fit and Support for Prescription Glasses

A box-style housing, soft face padding, and an adjustable head strap allow you to tailor fit to your preferences. A spacious interior accommodates prescription glasses, making these goggles a practical option for pilots who need corrective lenses.

A comfortable fit is especially useful during repeated practice flights. Adjusting strap tension and positioning your goggles carefully helps keep your view consistent without unnecessary pressure on your face.

Simple Controls and Easy Menu Navigation

An intuitive menu system and a convenient control wheel make everyday adjustments straightforward. Pilots can navigate settings without removing their goggles, reducing interruptions between flights.

A choice of two interface languages and a clear menu layout make setup approachable for new users while keeping frequently used settings within easy reach.

Flexible Power Options

Skyzone Cobra SD LCD can operate from a single 18650 battery or an external 2–6S LiPo battery, giving pilots flexibility when choosing a power source. A single-cell setup offers a compact solution, while an external battery allows you to use a suitable pack from your existing FPV equipment.

USB and DC charging options add convenience when preparing for a flying session or recharging between outings.

A Practical Choice for Analogue FPV Flying

Skyzone Cobra SD LCD brings together a clear display, diversity reception, built-in recording, and simple controls. Its spacious design and support for prescription glasses make it accessible to a wide range of pilots.

For anyone building an analogue FPV setup or looking for straightforward goggles for regular practice, Cobra SD offers a useful combination of viewing comfort, recording capabilities, and flexible power options.
