Endless possibilities
DJI Mic 3 receiver can be connected to up to four transmitters simultaneously to record four audio sources simultaneously. With main receiver, you can sync audio from up to seven additional receivers. Ideal for group interviews or multi-camera shoots, you get crystal-clear audio on every device, making post-production easier.
Flexible channel management
Choose mono or stereo mode – record the sound from each transmitter separately, or bundle them into a single stream, depending on your creative needs.
Four-channel output, easier post-processing
In Quadraphonic mode, DJI Mic 3 receiver – with selected Sony cameras or software – can output four separate audio tracks. This allows for more precise sound separation and mixing, giving you more freedom in post-production.
Two frequencies ensure reliability
DJI Mic 3 automatically jumps between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies and provides up to 400 metres of range. Robust noise immunity keeps sound stable even in challenging environments such as trade shows.
Lossless transmission, clean sound
In lossless mode, transmitter transmits uncompressed 48 kHz 24-bit sound directly to the receiver. Every recording is captured in rich detail and high quality.
Built-in recording
Don’t worry about lost audio – built-in recording protects your recording in case of interference or equipment failure. Two-file recording keeps both the original sound and the algorithm-processed version at the same time for a smooth workflow and a seamless creative process.
32-bit float internal recording
DJI Mic 3 supports 32-bit float recording, which provides a wide dynamic range. It captures both faint whispers and loud sounds, making recording reliable in unpredictable environments and offering more flexibility in post-processing.
Built-in timecode for precise synchronisation
DJI Mic 3 supports high-precision timecodes – the transmitter adds the timecode directly to the recording and the receiver allows both input and output. Less than one frame shift in 24 hours means you can instantly align footage from multiple cameras, and editing goes faster.
Easily export files
After your shots, connect to your PC or phone with a USB-C cable – all internal recordings are transferred at once. You can also download files via the DJI Mimo app to choose the way that’s right for you.
Instant connection
Wide device compatibility. DJI Mic receiver has multiple ports for creativity – a lockable 3.5mm TRS output for stable connection, a 3.5mm TRRS jack for real-time listening and a USB-C jack for simultaneous charging and recording. Adapters let you quickly adapt to different devices.
Long battery life
Receiver works for up to 10 hours. A separately sold charging case provides approximately 2.4 additional charges – for a total of up to 28 hours of operation. Ideal for long shooting days and live broadcasts.
5-minute fast charge
Charge in just 5 minutes and get up to 2 hours of use. 3C fast charging allows you to fully charge the whole kit in around 50 minutes – so you can get back to work quickly.
Smart energy saving
- Auto power off: set receiver or DJI Mimo app to turn off the transmitter and receiver after a certain time. This saves battery power and extends battery life.
- Automatic switch-on with camera: when activated, the receiver will switch on/off with the camera when a connection is established via a 3.5mm cable or a flash ring.
- Use while charging: if the receiver is connected via a phone, it is powered directly from the device. When connected via USB-C, an additional power source charges both the receiver and the phone at the same time – no interruption.
