Terms of service
DJI Mini 5 Pro Care is valid for 12 months from the date of activation and must be linked to a specific DJI Mini 5 Pro drone. Activation of the service must take place in accordance with DJI requirements – either when the new unit is first switched on or within a specified period after purchase.
To use the service, damaged device must be submitted to an authorised DJI service centre. Replacement service will be subject to a fixed service charge per case. In case of a Flyaway incident, the drone must be previously linked to a user account and the feature must be activated according to DJI instructions.
It is important to note that DJI Mini 5 Pro Care does not cover intentional damage, loss without fulfilling the required conditions, theft or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device. It also does not cover accessories such as batteries, propellers, or other consumable parts unless they are directly related to the replacement device.
