Fixed GaN docking station is a desktop charger with a TFT display, four USB-C ports and one USB-A port for charging laptops, phones, tablets and other compatible USB devices.
Maximum total output is 140 W, with USB-C1 supporting up to 140 W charging. PD 3.2, AVS and PPS support, charging information on screen, an included base and a 1.5 m power cord make it a practical charging solution for home or office use.
Fixed GaN docking station – 140 W desktop charger with a TFT display and five USB ports
Fixed GaN docking station, model FIXCG140D-4C1A-BK, is a black desktop charger that accommodates up to five USB-powered devices at once. Four USB-C ports and one USB-A port support charging for compatible laptops, phones, tablets and other USB devices. Up to 140 W total output, a TFT display showing charging information and a separate base make it suitable for users who need a shared charging point for several devices at home or in an office.
GaN technology and fast charging support
Gallium nitride technology combines high output with a compact design. According to FIXED, it helps improve energy efficiency and reduce heat generation. Supported charging protocols include Power Delivery, PPS, Quick Charge and AVS. The user manual specifies PD 3.2 support for USB-C2 and USB-C3, while USB-C1 supports PD 3.1. Port selection should take account of your device’s charging requirements and each output’s power rating.
USB-C and USB-A outputs with different power ratings
USB-C1 delivers up to 140 W at 28 V and 5 A. USB-C2 and USB-C3 each provide up to 100 W at 20 V and 5 A when used individually. USB-C4 has a maximum output of 30 W, with supported profiles including 20 V / 1.5 A. USB-A also provides up to 30 W, including a 12 V / 2.5 A output profile. These are individual port maximums, rather than power levels available to every connected device simultaneously.
Power sharing when charging multiple devices
Output is regulated according to connected devices. For example, using USB-C1 and USB-C2 together provides a power allocation of up to 65 W + 65 W. With all four USB-C ports in use, USB-C1, USB-C2, USB-C3 and USB-C4 receive allocations of up to 65 W + 30 W + 25 W + 20 W respectively.
When all five ports are in use, USB-C1, USB-C2 and USB-C3 provide up to 65 W, 30 W and 25 W respectively, while USB-C4 and USB-A share up to 20 W. USB-C4 and USB-A also share a maximum of 20 W when only those two ports are used together. Charging several devices therefore requires consideration of both total output and power allocation across your chosen ports.
TFT display for monitoring charging
A TFT display shows charging power, port usage, station temperature and usage time. A separate view indicates standby mode. Pressing the button on top of the housing switches between screens, while holding it changes display orientation. This allows readings to be viewed with the station positioned horizontally or vertically.
Housing, power supply and operating conditions
Fixed GaN docking station dimensions are 45 × 79 × 95 mm, and weight is 500 g. The housing combines ABS plastic with flame-resistant polycarbonate. An included base supports desktop placement, while a detachable 1.5 m power cord connects the station to mains power. Input specifications are AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, with a maximum input current of 3.5 A.
Integrated protection covers overheating, overvoltage and short circuits. Specified operating temperature is 0 to 40 °C, with a storage temperature of 0 to 35 °C. Keep the station away from water, rain, snow, direct sunlight and heat sources. Package contents include the charging station, detachable power cord, base and user manual.
