DJI Air 3S – Dual Cameras, Exceptional Imagery

DJI Air 3S features a dual-camera system comprising a 1-inch CMOS main camera and a 1/1.3-inch CMOS medium telephoto camera. With its larger CMOS sensor and 24 mm lens, the main camera is ideal for capturing sweeping landscapes with enhanced clarity and a wide field of view. The 70 mm medium telephoto camera excels at portraits and vehicle photography, using perspective compression to make subjects stand out with a cinematic look.

1″ CMOS Main Camera: Breathtaking Detail for Travel Photography

DJI Air 3S features a 50 MP main camera with a 1-inch CMOS sensor, supporting 4K/60 fps HDR video, 4K/120 fps slow-motion recording and 10-bit D-Log M colour mode. Combined with advanced image processing and intelligent algorithms, this large sensor preserves even fine details in low-light scenes, from sunsets to nightscapes, making breathtaking imagery effortless to capture.

Medium Telephoto Camera: Unforgettable Portraits

Featuring a 48 MP 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, the medium telephoto camera supports the same video specifications and colour modes as the main camera, ensuring visually consistent footage for seamless post-production. Its 70 mm lens offers 3× optical zoom, allowing you to capture distinctive shots from a distance while keeping your subject prominent. When orbiting a subject and recording in 4K, Air 3S makes it easy to capture detailed, expressive close-ups.

Capture Every Detail, Keep Every Subject in Focus

Free Panorama

Both cameras on DJI Air 3S support Free Panorama mode, which creates seamless panoramic images by stitching together multiple photos of a manually selected subject or area. The wide-angle camera offers a broader field of view for more efficient panorama capture. The medium telephoto camera significantly reduces image distortion, combining multiple richly detailed images into expansive panoramas that benefit from its longer focal length.

DJI Air 3S also supports popular features such as 2.7K vertical shooting, MasterShots, QuickShots and Hyperlapse, bringing extensive creative possibilities to one compact drone.

Safer Night Flying for Greater Creative Freedom

Omnidirectional Vision Sensing System

DJI Air 3S supports Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems (APAS). As the first DJI drone equipped with forward-facing LiDAR, Air 3S also features downward-facing infrared time-of-flight (ToF) sensors and six vision sensors: two each at the front, rear and bottom. Together, these enable omnidirectional obstacle sensing at night. This system helps the drone automatically detect and avoid obstacles such as buildings during flight and Return to Home, enhancing safety when capturing night scenes.

Enhanced Vision Assist

Vision Assist on DJI Air 3S provides a downward view alongside front, rear, left and right views, helping you maintain a clearer understanding of your surroundings.

DJI Air 3S also offers Waypoint Flight, Cruise Control and other advanced features. These allow you to preset flight routes and camera actions or maintain current control inputs, giving you more freedom to focus on creative shots.

ActiveTrack 360° for Effortlessly Compelling Footage

A New Perspective on Aerial Filming

DJI Air 3S features ActiveTrack 360°, which keeps your subject optimally framed. Based on the surrounding flight environment, it automatically plans flight paths and adjusts framing to create more engaging shots with your subject at the centre of attention.

Stay in Focus

DJI Air 3S introduces a new Subject Focusing feature that keeps your subject sharp, even during manual flight or when it moves away from the centre of the frame. This allows you to concentrate on creative aspects such as composition and camera movement.

Extended Flight Time and Transmission Range

More Time in the Air: Up to 45 Minutes

With up to 45 minutes of flight time, Air 3S gives you ample time to explore locations, compose your shots, capture footage and try again until you achieve the result you want.

10-Bit O4 Video Transmission

DJI O4 FHD video transmission technology enables Air 3S to transmit a 10-bit live feed at 1080p/60 fps over distances of up to 20 kilometres. Smooth, vivid live views and responsive control enhance the overall flying experience.

DJI Cellular Dongle 2 Compatibility

DJI Cellular Dongle 2 can be installed directly in DJI Air 3S for seamless integration without additional mounting accessories. If the O4 signal encounters obstructions or interference, 4G connectivity helps maintain stable video transmission and drone control, enhancing flight safety and reducing the risk of disconnection.

Attention to Every Detail

Always Ready: 42 GB of Built-In Storage

DJI Air 3S comes with 42 GB of built-in storage as standard, allowing you to start recording immediately without needing a microSD card.

Off-State QuickTransfer

You can now transfer files from Air 3S to your smartphone even when the drone is powered off. Files can also be transferred to a computer while the drone is off: simply connect Air 3S using a compatible USB cable.

Battery Charging Hub with Power Accumulation

The Battery Charging Hub supports PD fast charging and a power accumulation function. This allows you to transfer the remaining energy from multiple batteries with lower charge levels into the battery with the highest remaining charge.
