Terms of service

To use the service, the damaged device must be submitted to an authorised DJI service centre. Replacement service will be subject to a fixed service charge per case. It is important to note that DJI Mini 5 Pro Care does not cover intentional damage, loss without fulfilling the required conditions, theft or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device.
