Description
The Matrice 400’s flight capabilities are outstanding
The Matrice 400 offers a flight time of 59 minutes, even with an additional payload, and a hover time of 53 minutes. These capabilities make the drone a reliable tool for long-duration operations such as search and rescue, firefighting, and large-scale mapping. The drone can avoid large obstacles such as buildings and mountains, and does so at speeds of up to 25 m/s.
Payload capacity up to 6kg
The Matrice 400’s strong payload capacity allows it to easily meet the demands of a wide range of applications. With a maximum payload of 6kg, the Matrice 400 supports seamless transition between single downward-facing gimbals and dual downward-facing gimbals. It also features a third gimbal connector on its underside for added flexibility. The drone is equipped with four external E-Port V2 ports, allowing up to 7 payloads to be mounted simultaneously.
Excellent compatibility
Depending on the task, the Matrice 400 can be equipped with the Zenmuse H30 series, L2, P1, S1 Spotlight, V1 speaker, Manifold 3 or third-party payloads, thereby expanding capabilities and harnessing the full potential of the DJI ecosystem.
- The Matrice 400 has a high-level obstacle detection system that can avoid, for example, power lines in mountainous terrain, even in the dark.
- Thanks to the drone’s ten-antenna system and the remote controller’s high-gain phased array antenna system, the O4 Enterprise Enhanced Video Transmission System can achieve image transmission up to 40 km away.
- The Matrice 400 has a built-in video transmission relay module. With this setup, one Matrice 400 can act as a relay drone, flying high to relay signals to another Matrice 400 operating further away.
- The omnidirectional detection capabilities provided by the rotating LiDAR, high-precision mmWave radar, and full-color low-light fisheye vision sensors provide the Matrice 400 with strong positioning capabilities.
