DJI Zenmus H30 Series cameras are a big step forward in making the job of first responders easier

The H30T and H30 models in the Zenmus H30 series are usable in all weathers and at all times. These cameras are built to operate in the harshest environments with an IP54 dust and water resistance rating, and smooth operation is possible in temperatures ranging from -20° to 50°C.

Both products include a wide-angle camera, a zoom camera, a laser rangefinder and a NIR illuminator. In addition, the H30T is equipped with an infrared thermal camera.

The Zenmuse H30 is equipped with four modules: a wide-angle camera, a zoom camera, a laser rangefinder and a NIR illuminator. The Zenmuse H30T has an infrared thermal camera in addition to the Zenmuse H30 modules. Both cameras are compatible with both the DJI Matrice 300 RTK (requires DJI RC Plus controller) and Matrice 350 RTK drones, using intelligent algorithms to improve both day and night vision.

High resolution vision

The Zenmus H30 series is equipped with a 40 megapixel zoom camera, capable of up to 34x optical zoom and 400x digital zoom, to allow the operator to see smaller details such as a vehicle number plate even further and more clearly. An electronic anti-fog function improves image clarity in low light and humid conditions, useful for emergency rescue operations and routine check flights.

Image stabilisation ensures a stable image, which is important when checking power lines, for example. A laser rangefinder helps to collect accurate positioning information for objects between 3 and 3000 metres. Compared to its predecessor, the H20 series, the laser rangefinder’s performance has been more than doubled.

Day and night modes

In low-light conditions, the cameras can be switched to night mode, which improves night vision thanks to infrared illumination. Full colour night vision and black and white night vision modes are useful for search and rescue tasks. Smart Capture mode automatically adjusts brightness, ensuring natural transitions between light and dark.

Advanced thermal camera capability

The H30T infrared thermal imager has four times the resolution of its predecessor at 1280×1024, an extended temperature measurement range of -20°C to 1600°C and 32x digital zoom. All this allows firefighters to easily detect hot spots and even the smallest temperature differences. The ultra-high resolution infrared imaging function ensures clear images at higher zooms, and the link-space function allows visual and thermal images to be juxtaposed and inspected simultaneously.

The demo models are now available for viewing in our showroom at Villardi 22. Come and see the new generation for yourself!
